The YanFarkle app (“the App”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information.
YanFarkle does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII). All gameplay data, including scores and player names, is stored locally on your device and is not accessible by the developer or any third parties.
The App uses Apple’s native Network framework to facilitate local multiplayer matches. This connection is established directly between devices on the same local network (Peer-to-Peer). No data from these sessions is recorded or sent to any external servers.
The App does not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising services.
Because we do not collect any personal information, the App is fully compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting.
